Andy created A/J Equipment with his wife Judy back in 1975 and have grown the company with the help of there dedicated work staff to be one of the highest performing waste sales and repair facilities in the New England market.
A Lot of the changes in equipment designs threw the years were created here.From the bulletproof leach sweep blades to custom pushout shoes and access panels on the 2R leaches which later became the standard.We live this industry day in and day out.We not only can sell you a variety of waste components but we can help you in your vision to create custom parts etc..We are a complete machine shop with C&C machines etc..

Eileen is a graduate of Northeastern University and comes to us from the banking industry and has worked with us in our office since 2004.
